Game briefing

Canyon Circuit is a browser racing game set in a desert motor club, where players design 3D canyon circuits with ramps, boost pads, and obstacles. Race rivals across three laps and 16 gates while mastering three earned mini-turbo tiers. Track designs can be shared, and the source also verifies a local two-player split-screen mode with separate controls and HUDs.

Current showcase build

Drift, boost, jump, and wall-ride through a gigantic sunlit canyon circuit where every car is equal and every clean line earns speed.

The cover, video and supplied screenshots show the current showcase build. This archived edition retains its original game destination and playing guide; gameplay may differ.

THE PLAYER’S FIELD GUIDE

How to play

Design a 3D canyon circuit, then complete three laps and all 16 gates while using ramps, boost pads, and three earned mini-turbo tiers to beat two rivals.

Your first few minutes

  1. Build a readable route in the desert motor club with ramps, boost pads, and obstacles, then test it for clean gate passage.
  2. Race lap one conservatively: line up every gate and learn how each ramp or boost pad feeds the next section.
  3. On later laps, spend mini-turbo tiers after slow corners or on clear straights; avoid boosting into obstacles.
  4. Finish the three-lap race, revise sections that cost gates or momentum, and retest. Local two-player split-screen is available for shared-keyboard play.

Controls

Player 1: W/A/S/D
Drive the first car
Player 1: Space or Shift
Use the first car's action input
Player 2: Arrow keys
Drive the second car
Player 2: Numpad 0 or Enter
Use the second car's action input

These local two-player mappings are source-confirmed. Menu, pause, restart, and mini-turbo bindings are not documented here; follow on-screen prompts.

A little head start

  • Prioritize gates over risky shortcuts; missing one costs more than a small speed gain.
  • Place boost pads after corners or before clear ramps, never directly before a tight obstacle.
  • In split-screen, one player's finish does not end the other player's race.

Before you start

  • Desktop browser with a keyboard
  • Two people sharing the keyboard for local split-screen

About this edition: This follows the cataloged published browser identity, Canyon Circuit — Godot 3D. A later source-confirmed local two-player candidate was validated but not published because online-server work remained blocked; treat that mode as project-confirmed, not guaranteed on the deployed page.
