THE PLAYER’S FIELD GUIDE

How to play

Run shifts: seat guests, take orders, cook and deliver meals, collect payment, clear tables, and reinvest earnings before rush-hour patience runs out.

Your first few minutes

  1. Seat a party and take its order; check the order state before leaving so you know what to prepare.
  2. Route dishes through stations, watching cooking timers and correcting mistakes before serving.
  3. Carry only what fits, finish and collect meals at the service counter, then deliver the matching dishes.
  4. Collect payment and clear the table. Between shifts, buy equipment, layout, table, handling, or staff upgrades that address your bottleneck.

Controls

E
Interact with either reachable service-counter side while facing it, including finishing, pickup, and drop-off.

E is the only explicit mapping in the source. Use on-screen help for other inputs; do not assume keyboard, touch, or gamepad controls.

A little head start

  • Schedule patience and cooking timers together: start time-sensitive dishes early, but do not carry meals that cannot be delivered promptly.
  • Clear tables quickly for new parties, protect tips by avoiding mistakes, and let cooks or servers cover the routine step that most disrupts your loop.

Before you start

  • A web browser on a desktop or mobile device; the catalog lists Browser.
  • Availability is Not verified, so live play is not guaranteed.

About this edition: This follows the cataloged published edition and completed counter fix: E works at either layout from a nearby reachable side, preserving pickup, drop-off, salad finishing, capacity, and staff reservations. Prompt-only ideas are excluded; no newer unpublished feature is claimed.
